Sometimes you just feel like chunking it up with a kiss of funk...but not so much, of course. Leave the real funk to the James Browns and George Clintons of the world. But maybe just a enough to get that neck bending in a new direction for a few minutes. But not so much.

Sometimes you feel like a punk and have the deep need to bang out stuff on your guitar. Not so much as to just make noises for noise's sake, but just enough to throw around a little attitude and create a place for a good raspy rock voice to play.

Sometimes you just feel like breaking out a few strings and woodwinds, like the "fancy pants" crowd does - but not so much, of course. Rock and roll is just........well, rock and roll, after all. But maybe just enough to spoon on some texture, a different feel, enough to get some cerebrums churning. But not so much.
